Founded in 2023, Raices Group LLC represents more than just a cleaning company; it embodies a legacy brought to life by our CEO and Owner, Araceli Milan. Originally from Mexico, Araceli has lived in Dallas, Texas for over 20 years. Inspired by the dedication and perseverance of her mother and grandmother—who worked in the cleaning industry but never had the chance to establish their own business—Araceli decided to honor their legacy by founding Raices Group LLC.
At Raices Group, we are committed to excellence and family values, driven by the same principles that guided Araceli’s predecessors. Our services are characterized by meticulous care and attention to detail, reflecting the enduring legacy of hard work and integrity.
Our team includes Josue Santiago, our Business Manager, also originally from Mexico and a Dallas resident for over two decades. Josue plays a crucial role in managing our company’s accounts and business operations, ensuring the efficiency and growth of our services.
The name “Raices” (Roots) symbolizes the deep legacy and heritage passed down from Araceli’s family, inspiring her to elevate their example of hard work. Under the Raices Group umbrella, we proudly operate two distinct entities: Heritage Janitorial Services, which focuses on commercial cleaning, and Legacy Residential Cleaning, which specializes in residential services.
We serve residential clients across Dallas, Uptown, Lakewood, Highland Park, University Park, Rowlett, Irving, and Richardson. On the commercial front, we are honored to be vendors for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, with our first contract secured with a Catholic Church, and we have previously established contracts with construction companies.
Our journey has been significantly supported by The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Their valuable classes and resources have played a crucial role in our successful establishment and expansion.
